What a great service. Rang for help was on the case straight away came in afternoon sent quote later that day and we agreed a date later in week. Came day before with all the batons etc and did the job as promised early next day. Sent photos showing what they did , cleaned up. Recommend these guys 100%. Polite and courteous

Called Guideline Roofing as I was having damp ceiling issues. They arranged to come round at around 5.30 on his way home from work which he did on time, After having a good look at everything he sat with my wife and I showed us photos and explained in great detail what needed to be done. A couple of days later we received a very professional quotation detailing everything, he also put temporary measures in place to remedy issues 'free of charrge' until they would start works. Very happy, great job and outstanding professional courtesy.

My roof was leaking due to age and a lack of felt underneath the slates. Within 3 days my roof was renewed with new felt, battens and new slates where required. Service and quality of work was outstanding and I would recommend this company.

Simple really, issue happened on Saturday, called Guideline Roofing, turned up Monday to take a look, got a new tile Tuesday morning and replaced the damaged tile Tuesday afternoon. Can't really ask for better service than that, Guideline Roofing also spotted and pointed out to me lose/crooked tiles that they also took care of. Great stuff.

Excellent work carried out to a high standard. Consulted and explained the work every step of the way .Refitted and tested solar panels which had to be removed to access tiles. Completed on time and to the exact estimate. Also fitted plastic lips to north facing roof to stop water running down fascia. Cleared away and cleaned up all debris. Thoroughly recommend them.

Great guys and a great job. Explained everything clearly beforehand and explained all available repair options. Very satisfied with the work carried out and they left the place clean and tidy afterwards. 10/10.

I called the company as I noticed a gap between a couple of tiles. They came round and identified the issue immediately and provided a quote within minutes. They came earlier than scheduled to do the repair as they knew wet weather was on the way. They completed the job speedily and bang on the quote price. They were friendly, helpful and I would not hesitate to either recommend them or use them again in the future. Great service!
